Pricing without the riddle.

Two plans. The full platform on both. Practice adds the two things that cost us money every hour they run — built-in video and AI transcripts — metered on the page, no hidden bundling, no surprise bills. Add-ons for firms that need them, each with a published price.

Add-ons for established firms.

The things that genuinely make Practice better for firms — but that most practitioners don't need on day one. Each priced on the page. Each turns on and off in your billing settings.

The deal: we charge for the things that cost us money to support (running a single-sign-on integration, routing payments through your Stripe instead of ours, holding a service-level commitment). We don't charge to let you do more in the product — Practice already does.

Single sign-on
$29 / mo
Sign in with your firm's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. When someone leaves the firm, IT revokes them in one place — and they're out of Reflex too.
Priced per firm — covers your whole team.
Bring your own Stripe
$19 / mo
Connect your firm's existing Stripe account. Client payments land in your Stripe directly — Reflex routes the charge but never sits in the money flow.
Priced per firm — one Stripe connection covers everything.
Custom domain
$9 / mo
Run your booking site at book.yourfirm.com instead of the Reflex subdomain. We handle the certificate and renewals.
Priced per domain. Multiple domains? Talk to us — not a sales call.
Enhanced support
$19 / practitioner / mo
Priority response (under 4 business hours), a named contact who actually knows your firm’s setup, a Slack channel between your team and ours, and help moving from your old system whenever you need it.
Priced per practitioner — support load scales with the team, so the price does too. Standard email support remains free, on every plan.

The same platform, on every plan.

Solo isn't a teaser. It's the full platform, capped on volume — built-in video and AI are the only things Practice adds.

How the session meter works.

Your bill is $79 per practitioner for the platform, plus 99¢ for every hour of video beyond that practitioner's included 40. That's it.

What "40 sessions" actually means

The meter counts video session hours, not session count. We market it as "40 one-hour sessions" because that's how a professional's day looks. If your sessions run shorter, your 40 stretches. If they run longer, you'll hit the line sooner. Either way, you'll know — the meter is visible in the app.

Examples
30 sessions × 90 min each45 hrs · 5 hrs over = $4.95
60 sessions × 45 min each45 hrs · 5 hrs over = $4.95
20 sessions × 30 min each10 hrs · no overage

Why we meter past 40 at all

Practitioners use Reflex very differently. One lawyer might run 20 video consultations a month; one coach might run 100. They're using the same software, but one is doing far more of the parts that scale with use — video, transcripts, storage.

A single flat price would mean the lighter practitioner subsidizes the heavier one, and it would force the headline number up for everyone. The 40-session bundle is sized for a typical month at a working practice. The 99¢ rate exists for the months that aren't typical — and we keep it modest because we don't want it to feel like a penalty for being busy.

Questions you'd ask if we were on a call.

(We're happy to do the call. It's just not a sales one.)

Do my clients pay anything?

No. Ever. Your clients book, sign, pay, and meet — all free for them, on every plan, including Solo.

Where does the money from my clients go?

Into a Stripe account that pays out to your bank. By default, Reflex sets one up for you and money never sits with us. If your firm has its own Stripe account, turn on Bring your own Stripe and payments land there directly.

What happens when I hit 40 sessions on Practice?

Nothing breaks. The next session simply meters at $0.99 / hour — covering the video, transcript, summary, and long-term storage of that hour. The meter is visible in the app, and you can set a monthly spending cap so the overage never surprises you.

So if I do 60 sessions of an hour each, what's my bill?

$79 + (20 × $0.99) = $98.80 for that practitioner that month. No tiers to upgrade into, no quote to ask for, no surprise. The 99¢ rate is the same whether you're 1 hour over or 200 hours over.

Wait — overage at 99¢/hour is cheaper than the included rate ($79 ÷ 40 = ~$2/hour). Why?

It is, and that's the point. The $79 covers everything that isn't directly metered — booking, billing, records, intake, the platform itself. Most of what you're paying for at base isn't the video time. The 40-hour bundle is sized to cover a typical month for a working practice; the 99¢ exists for the months that aren't typical. We keep that rate modest because we don't want it to feel like a penalty for being busy.

What about Solo — does Solo have a session meter?

No. Solo doesn't include built-in video at all. Bring your own Zoom or Google Meet link, and Reflex hosts the booking, intake, and notes around it.

Can I bring my own Zoom on Practice too?

Yes. Every booking has a "meeting link" field. If you skip Reflex's built-in video and use your own link, you'll never touch the session meter — the $79 covers the rest of the product.

How does per-practitioner billing actually work?

You're billed for active practitioners only. Add or remove someone mid-month — we pro-rate. No volume discount, no quote dance. Same rate from seat 1 to seat 100. Each practitioner has their own 40-session allowance.

Do I have to pay for the add-ons to use Practice?

No. Practice is the full product on day one. Add-ons exist for firms with specific needs — your IT wants single sign-on, your accountant wants the firm's own Stripe, you want a custom domain. If none of that applies to you, you never see a charge for any of it.

Is there a sales call before I upgrade?

No. You upgrade in the app, on the billing page. If you'd like a person to walk you through Reflex — different request, different conversation — we're happy to. It just isn't required.

Annual discount?

Not yet. We'd rather you stay because the product works than because you pre-paid us. If you want one anyway, email us.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund of the current month if you cancel within it, no questions asked. Past months stay past.

Can I really just start? No call?

Yes. Start free takes about 90 seconds.

Start free. Pay $79 when video and AI start pulling their weight.

Solo gets you the full platform for as long as you want. Practice adds the parts that cost us money to run — and the meter is on the page.
