Payment authorization captured before anyone shows up — by default. Your choice of when to charge (deposit, hold, post-session), and the option to run no-cost trial bookings for consultations where you'd rather meet first. Either way, you decide. No-shows stop being your problem on the bookings where it matters.

We integrate with the few things every practice actually needs — payments, calendar, email. Each integration is something we own, monitor, and keep working. We don't ship a "100+ apps" directory because most of those would be a side project nobody's paid to maintain. When something breaks at 11pm before a client meeting, we want one team responsible — ours.

No template gallery, no page builder.

Your site is already built for your profession — structure, intake questions, the booking flow, all baked in. You can customize the funnel inside boundaries we set on purpose: your branding, your copy, your questions, the shape of the flow. We don't ship a free-form builder because the builder is the problem — it's how practitioners lose three weekends a year to "just one more tweak," and how customers end up on a half-finished booking page. The boundaries exist because we want a good experience for both sides — yours and your clients'.

No proposals, no quotes, no negotiation flow.

Clients book, sign your engagement letter, and pay. That's the funnel. We didn't build a proposal engine because professional practices send engagement letters, not proposals — and if your work depends on a back-and-forth quoting dance, we're probably not the right software for you.
