Custom site
No page builder. No design call. We've already built the site for your profession — structure, intake fields, booking widget. Your branding goes on top. You're live the day you sign up.
We've already made the hundred small decisions you'd otherwise spend a quarter on — how booking works, what the intake asks, when cards get captured, where the transcript lives, how time becomes an invoice. You run your practice. We handle the structure.
Free forever on Solo. Built-in video and AI transcripts come with Practice — $79, priced on the page.
Prefer a person? Book a walkthrough — not a sales call. We'll show you the same product on a screen-share, and answer your questions.
One tool instead of seven — grouped the way your week actually flows.
No page builder. No design call. We've already built the site for your profession — structure, intake fields, booking widget. Your branding goes on top. You're live the day you sign up.
We pre-wrote the intake questions for your profession. You can edit them, but most practices don't — we tested these. Clients pick a time, answer the questions, and arrive prepared.
Profiles, matters, notes, files — one record per client, consistent everywhere.
Group work by case, project, or engagement. Files, notes, and meetings roll up to the matter they belong to.
Every call, message, document, and meeting in order — so you never have to reconstruct the story.
A shared space for documents, signatures, and the files clients need.
Signing lives in the booking flow, not a bounce-out to another product. Engagement letters, consent forms, waivers — sensible defaults to start, customize to whatever depth your practice needs.
Native video, or bring your own. Reflex joins and gets out of the way.
Every meeting, captured. Searchable. Shareable.
AI recaps, action items, and follow-ups — attached to the client record.
Time → invoice → books is one path. No reconciliation, no exports, no spreadsheet between your hours and your books. We made the workflow; you charge.
Clients pay in a click. You see cash in the account, not a spreadsheet.
Self-serve from first click to confirmed session. Prospects pick a time, sign your agreement, and authorize payment — before anyone on your team lifts a finger.
A few short questions. No account, no sales form.
Your real calendar, mobile-friendly, instant slots.
Your engagement letter, legally signed in-flow.
Stripe-backed. Charged on your terms, not before.
from landing page to confirmed booking.
fewer no-shows, charged on your terms.
focus on delivering value, not chasing invoices.
A few of the opinions baked into Reflex. They're not toggles — they're the product.
Payment authorization captured before anyone shows up — by default. Your choice of when to charge (deposit, hold, post-session), and the option to run no-cost trial bookings for consultations where you'd rather meet first. Either way, you decide. No-shows stop being your problem on the bookings where it matters.
No "Customer in billing" and "Contact in CRM." Same person, same record, in the booking flow, the matter, the invoice, the transcript. We made that decision so you don't merge duplicates on Sunday night.
Goes both ways. Your prospects answer a few questions, pick a time, sign, and pay — without talking to anyone. And we don't run a sales motion either. Pricing is on the page, you start free, you upgrade in-app. If you want a person to walk you through it, that's a demo call — happy to do those, just not as a step you have to clear.
We've been asked for these. We've decided against them. Here's why.
We integrate with the few things every practice actually needs — payments, calendar, email. Each integration is something we own, monitor, and keep working. We don't ship a "100+ apps" directory because most of those would be a side project nobody's paid to maintain. When something breaks at 11pm before a client meeting, we want one team responsible — ours.
Your site is already built for your profession — structure, intake questions, the booking flow, all baked in. You can customize the funnel inside boundaries we set on purpose: your branding, your copy, your questions, the shape of the flow. We don't ship a free-form builder because the builder is the problem — it's how practitioners lose three weekends a year to "just one more tweak," and how customers end up on a half-finished booking page. The boundaries exist because we want a good experience for both sides — yours and your clients'.
Clients book, sign your engagement letter, and pay. That's the funnel. We didn't build a proposal engine because professional practices send engagement letters, not proposals — and if your work depends on a back-and-forth quoting dance, we're probably not the right software for you. We'd rather be honest about fit than bend the product into something it isn't.
Every plan gets the full platform — same booking, same e-sign, same client records, every feature. The one thing Practice adds is the thing that costs us money every hour it runs: built-in video and the AI transcripts that ride along with it. That's the whole upgrade — $79, priced on the page. No "Pro" tier that finally unlocks the second integration. The add-ons we sell are for firm-operations needs (single sign-on, your firm's own Stripe, a custom domain, enhanced support) — never to gate product features you'd reasonably expect. Pricing scales with how much you use Reflex, not with how much of Reflex we let you use.
The product is yours free for as long as you want it. Pay when built-in video and AI are worth it for your practice. Every price is on the page, no quote dance.
